Coordination services

We help plan and coordinate non-clinical aspects of a healthcare journey in China. Before paid work begins, we will confirm the agreed service scope, our fee and the main arrangements in writing.

Independent providers and separate costs

Hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, interpreters, transport providers, accommodation providers, travel agencies and other third parties provide their own services. Unless expressly included in writing, their fees and charges are separate from ChinaAidvia's coordination fee. Their availability, acceptance, decisions and performance remain subject to their own rules and responsibilities.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Payment timing and methods will be stated in the written quotation or service confirmation. Any change, cancellation or refund will be handled according to that written confirmation, the work already completed, third-party commitments and applicable requirements.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate practical information, review confirmations promptly and tell us when plans change. Do not use the website form for emergencies or to send passport numbers, complete medical records, detailed diagnoses or payment information.

No clinical service or guarantee

ChinaAidvia does not diagnose, prescribe or make treatment recommendations. We cannot guarantee provider acceptance, appointment availability, waiting times, prices, travel arrangements or medical outcomes.
