Privacy Notice
A plain-language summary of how we handle your first inquiry.
Last updated: 16 September 2026. Please do not send passport numbers, full medical records, detailed diagnoses or payment information through the website form.
Who handles your information
ChinaAidvia is operated by 北京赤晶国际贸易有限公司. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Why we use it
We use first-contact information to reply to your inquiry, understand the coordination support you are looking for and discuss practical next steps. We do not use the inquiry form for automated decisions or medical assessment.
What the form stores
If live submission is enabled, the form stores your current country or city, preferred destination in China, expected timing, preferred language, requested support, contact method, contact detail, optional practical note, consent version, submission time and scheduled deletion date.
The form does not request files, passport numbers, full medical records, detailed diagnoses or payment information. It does not store your IP address, browser identifier or user-agent string with the inquiry.
Storage and retention
Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1 using an Asia-Pacific location hint. This hint does not guarantee storage in a particular country. Records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission, with a daily automated cleanup task.
When information may be shared
We may share relevant information only when needed to respond to your request or arrange an agreed service. Recipients may include hospitals, interpreters, transport or accommodation providers, a licensed travel agency, technology providers or other providers involved in the requested support. We aim to share only what is reasonably necessary for that step.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, or withdraw consent for future use, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm enough information to locate the request and protect it from unauthorized access.
Sensitive information later in the journey
If medical documents or other sensitive information become necessary later, we will explain the purpose, intended recipient and appropriate transfer method separately. Do not send those materials through the first-contact form.
